September 11, 2001 is a day in American history that will always be remembered. When the ten year anniversary was approaching, I was tasked with creating a special section for the Daily Press news site. The stories that were to be showcased were from local Hampton Roads residents who experience the terrorist attacks from different perspectives. Some from ground zero, others from half a world away.
